
fynn studio is a curational firm that creates impactful and socially relevant projects purposed with celebrating community through contemporary art and culture. fynn studio has worked with artists including Jermaine Francis, Bernice Mulenga, Camilla Walala, Royal Academicans Conrad Shawcross and David Mach. Notable projects include the first contemporary presentation at the Forbidden City in Beijing, community engagement initiative Heroes Walk, internationally touring the conceptual movement production All Terrain Training, exhibiting at Manchester’s Warehouse Project and the launch of the move/ art series in 2022.
fynn studio founder Kobi Prempeh co-curated Sweet Harmony at Saatchi Gallery in 2019, which has since toured internationally. Featured within the Times, Sunday Times, Guardian, Face Magazine, Vogue, Economist, the exhibition was ranked “the biggest exhibition about rave culture in the world” by Google Arts & Culture. Sweet Harmony interrupted narratives around gender politics, and platformed unsung talents from the UK and beyond and became the 4th biggest show in London that year. Having worked with brands that include Spotify, Adidas, Highsnobiety and Dazed Media, fynn studio has a successful track record in commercial partnerships.
In 2024, fynn studio garnered critical appraise with multiple exhibitions including the move/ series that arrived at the at 180 Strand supported by Dazed and Spotify. Its move/003 exhibition highlighted the influence and contribution of black and queer people in rave culture led to a commission from Tate Modern and a talks programme with the Institute Of Contemporary Arts.
As well as curation, fynn studio has co-hosted art events at Olaolu Slawn’s BeauBeau’s cafe and programmed talks at music events. fynn studio consults the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, on Black culture with its annual event Black On The Square, a music festival on Trafalgar Square in both 2023 and 2024 with 2025 underway.
