ATT.

All Terrain Training [ATT] is a durational performance series by artist Will Pegna that explores the relationship between physical endurance, collective movement, and environmental sound. In each performance, dancers engage in sustained, contact-based choreography inspired by seismic tremors, glacial shifts, and the physical impact of sound. The result is a visceral, shared experience that blurs the boundaries between athletic training, sculpture, and sonic performance.

Since 2020, the project has toured internationally, with iterations in London, Milan, Seoul, Bristol, and Berlin — each adapting to the spatial and sonic qualities of its site. In 2024, a new chapter titled Parasound was presented at Whitechapel Gallery as part of The London Open, introducing climbing harnesses, tension wire, and bowed contact microphones to create a live, sculptural sound installation.

All Terrain Training reframes exertion as a form of listening and responsiveness, asking how bodies can absorb and reflect the pressures of their environments.

fynn studio has supported the development of All Terrain Training over several years, offering curatorial input and collaboration through regular dialogue and project framing since 2020.
